OurDream AI Review

Our verdict

Strong generation tools, with a meter to watch.

Strong image generation, detailed prompt controls and a flexible character builder. Dreamcoin costs, especially for video and voice, make budgeting important.

OurDream AI pros and cons

The main strengths, limitations and best uses of OurDream AI, based on this review.

Pros

  • The strongest adult image pipeline in this category ; proper prompt weighting, negative prompts, up to 256 images in one batch .
  • Chat is genuinely unlimited on any paid plan. Zero coins per message.
  • Your unused coins roll over. They don't reset monthly, which almost nothing else in this space can say.
  • Fusion ; two of your own characters in one scene, even across art styles.
  • Character builder with 135 occupations, 29 relationship types, 40+ personalities and 19 voices.
  • No photo uploads. No undress tool. Real-person likeness blocked at the model level.

Cons

  • A five-second video costs 100 coins . That's a tenth of your month, for five seconds.
  • Free accounts can't generate at all ; 55 coins buys messages, not pictures.
  • Cancel and your gallery blurs. Everything you made goes behind glass until you pay again.
  • Voice is the weakest thing here and it costs 50 coins a minute.
  • Crypto payments are final, no refunds, no exceptions.
Best for
  • You want to make adult content, not just chat about it
  • You've used image tools before and prompt weighting sounds like a feature rather than homework.
  • You'll take the annual plan, where an image costs five cents.
  • You want a character whose face genuinely stays the same across a hundred generations.
  • Group scenes, trans or male characters, or gay content are on your list.
  • You want a platform that flatly refuses to touch real people's likenesses.
Not ideal for
  • You mainly want conversation ; you're paying generator prices for a chat app.
  • Video is your priority and you don't want to buy top-ups.
  • You want your gallery to survive cancelling.
  • Voice quality matters most to you.
  • You want to upload a reference photo ; you can't, by design.
  • You already run local Stable Diffusion and want LoRAs and full model control.

What OurDream actually is, and why the other reviews get it wrong

This OurDream AI review starts where sixteen others should have: most of them are writing about the wrong app.

OurDream.ai Homepage

They review it as an AI girlfriend — memory, emotional depth, does she text you first. Fine questions. Wrong product. Open OurDream and look at what the interface is actually pointing at: a generator with a hundred pose presets, forty backgrounds, negative prompt support, batch sizes into the hundreds, and a video pipeline. The chat exists to give the pictures a reason to happen.

That's not a criticism. It's the most useful sentence in this review. OurDream is an adult content generator with a roleplay front-end, and it is very good at that job. If you go in wanting a companion who remembers your birthday, you'll find one, and you'll also find you're paying generator prices for it. If you go in wanting to make things, you've found the best tool in this category.

The company doesn't hedge about it either. Their own landing pages sit on URLs like /generate/ai-porn — and that page ranks second in Google for “ai porn generator”, above most of the dedicated tools. That's not an accident of SEO. That's a product knowing what it is.

Pricing: three plans, and the number that actually matters

Ourdream AI monthly and annual Pricing

Deluxe Annual$359.88 billed once$29.99/mo10,0005,000/month

Both annual plans are a straight 50% off — $119.88 against $239.88 on Premium, $359.88 against $719.88 on Deluxe — and each front-loads bonus coins. That’s one of the cleanest annual discounts in this category, and unlike the “-67% off an invisible list price” theatre you get elsewhere, it’s a real saving against a real alternative price.

Two things nobody tells you about the coins, both of which matter:

They roll over: Your unused Dreamcoins don’t vanish on renewal day. In a category built on expiring monthly allowances, that’s genuinely rare and it changes how you should use the product — bank coins in a quiet month, blow them on a video project the next.

They’re the entire cost model: The subscription buys unlimited text. It does not buy pictures. Which brings us to the part of this review that doesn’t exist anywhere else.

Then there’s Deluxe, and the maths is the whole story. Five thousand coins a month is five times Premium, plus 100 minutes of voice, 50 videos, free premium chat models and triple the chat memory. On the annual plan a coin drops to roughly half a cent — the cheapest generation on the platform by a distance — and you start with 10,000 coins, double your first month’s allowance. It only makes sense if you’re genuinely a video or high-volume person, though. For everyone else it’s coins you’ll never spend. More on who that is below.

What a Dreamcoin costs in real money

Every review of this app says some version of “watch out, credits add up.” Not one of them does the arithmetic. So here it is.

Ourdream AI Dreamcoin costs

At $19.99/month for 1,000 coins, one coin is 2 cents. On the annual plan at $9.99/month, one coin is 1 cent.

Now the sentence that should decide your plan. Your 1,000 monthly coins buy you, roughly:

  • 200 images, or
  • 10 five-second videos, or
  • 20 minutes of voice calls

Not all three. One of them. And they're not additive in any comfortable way — three videos and a ten-minute phone call is 800 coins, and you've got forty pictures left for the rest of the month.

💡 The video number is the one to sit with: A single five-second clip is a tenth of your monthly allowance. A one-minute video, if you build it out of twelve of those, is 1,200 coins — more than a month's worth, or $24 of coins against a $19.99 subscription.

The catch: OurDream markets itself on video, prices video like a luxury, and includes just enough coins for you to fall in love with it and run out.

So what should you actually pay?

✅ If you're mostly a chat person: the monthly at $19.99 is fine and you'll never notice the coins. Honestly, you might not even need to subscribe past the first month to know.

✅ If you generate images daily: take the annual immediately. At a penny a coin, a picture costs five cents, and 200 a month with rollover is a genuinely generous allowance. This is the sweet spot for this product and it's not close.

✅ If video is why you're here: budget beyond the subscription and go in with your eyes open. Ten short clips a month is the ceiling of what's included, and the moment you want more you're buying top-ups.

✅ If video is genuinely your thing: Deluxe is the only plan that stops the rationing. 50 videos and 100 voice minutes a month, coins at half a cent on annual — if you were about to buy top-ups anyway, this is cheaper. If you're not sure you'll use it, you won't, and Premium annual is your plan.

The free tier, and the thing it won't let you do

You get five messages with no signup at all — no email, no card, nothing. That's a better front door than almost anything in this category, and worth using before you give anyone an address.

Make an account and you get 55 Dreamcoins. On a free account each message costs one coin, so that's 55 messages.

Ourdream AI - AI Companion

Here's the part to be clear about: free accounts cannot generate images or video. Not a smaller allowance — none. You'll see marketing that suggests those 55 coins buy you ten free pictures. They don't. Coins on a free account buy messages, and generation switches on when you subscribe.

Which makes the free tier a chat demo, not a product trial. It'll tell you whether the writing works for you. It'll tell you nothing about the thing you're actually paying for.

The generator: where OurDream earns the score

This is the section other reviews skip, and it's the reason the product exists.

The models

Chat Model Ourdream AI

You pick your renderer per generation, and they're genuinely different tools rather than filter presets:

ModelWhat it's for
DreamyStrong prompt adherence, stylised output. The one for hentai and anime work
VividUltra realistic, heavy on lighting and detail. The default for photoreal
RealismPhotographic skin, natural light, shallow depth of field
CinemaGraded and moody, framed like a film still
AnimeClean line work, high colour illustration
Your LookTrained on your character. Locked face, any scene

“Your Look” is the one to understand. It's a per-character trained model, which means your girl's face stays her face across styles, scenes and sessions. Everywhere else in this category, “character consistency” means the system crosses its fingers. Here it's an actual trained artifact.

What you don't get is the enthusiast layer — no LoRA loading, no ComfyUI, no custom checkpoints. OurDream is explicit that this is the trade: no GPU, no node graph, no model management, and in exchange you use their models. If you already run a local Stable Diffusion setup you'll find that limiting. If you don't, you've just skipped six months of learning curve.

The controls you actually get

  • 100+ pose presets, or write your own
  • 40+ preset backgrounds, or write your own
  • 20+ outfits, or write your own
  • Negative prompts — tell it what to avoid, properly supported
  • Prompt weighting — real syntax, covered below
  • Batch size up to 256 images in a single job
  • Free Play mode — open prompt, no character attached, just generate
  • Generation time runs 30 seconds to a minute
  • Editing and inpainting via two models, and an upscaler
OurDream AI - AI Realistic Character

That batch number is not a typo and it changes how you work. At five coins an image, 256 images is 1,280 coins — more than a month — so nobody's running max batches casually. But being able to fire twenty variations and pick one is a workflow the rest of this category doesn't offer.

Prompt craft: how to stop wasting coins

Every image you get wrong costs five coins. Twenty bad generations is a dollar on the annual plan and two on monthly, and more importantly it's twenty minutes of your evening. So learn the syntax. It takes five minutes.

The three bits of syntax that matter

1. Underscores bind words together. The generator reads white_feather_headdress as one concept. Write it as three separate words and you'll get a white something, a feather something, and possibly a hat.

2. Parentheses add emphasis. (blue_eyes) pushes the model harder on blue eyes than plain blue eyes does.

3. Numeric weights let you dial it. (freckles:1.3) means “weight freckles at 1.3× normal.” Values a little above 1 nudge; values well above 1 shove. Go too high and the model overcooks the feature and mangles everything around it. 1.1 to 1.4 is the useful band. Past 1.6 you're fighting it.

The prompt structure that works

Build every prompt in the same order and your hit rate climbs immediately:

subject → what she's wearing → what she's doing → where she is → the light → the camera

Adult example, photoreal:

young woman, (auburn_hair:1.2), green eyes, (freckles:1.1),

black silk slip, lying on her side on rumpled white sheets,

dim bedroom, single warm lamp off frame, morning light through blinds,

(shallow_depth_of_field:1.2), 35mm, film grain

Adult example, anime:

anime woman, silver twin tails, (heterochromia:1.3),

oversized open shirt, sitting on a windowsill,

neon city night outside, rain on the glass,

rim light, (cel_shading:1.1), high contrast

Suggestive without being explicit — the register most people actually want:

woman in an unbuttoned oversized dress shirt, bare legs,

sitting on a kitchen counter, coffee cup in hand,

early morning, soft window light, warm tones,

looking at camera, (natural_skin_texture:1.2)

Your negative prompt, which you should just save and reuse

This is the single biggest quality upgrade available and most people never touch it:

extra fingers, extra limbs, fused fingers, deformed hands,

bad anatomy, blurry, watermark, text, signature,

plastic skin, overexposed, distorted face, cross-eyed

Paste that into every generation. Hands remain the hardest thing in AI imagery and telling the model explicitly what failure looks like measurably reduces how often you get it.

Five habits that save coins

  • Lock the character first. Build her, use “Your Look”, then generate scenes. Don't re-roll the person and the scene at once.
  • Change one thing per generation. Two variables changed means you've learned nothing when it improves.
  • Nail the image before you touch video. Video is image-to-video here, so a mediocre still becomes a mediocre clip at twenty times the price.
  • Use natural_skin_texture and specific lighting. “Beautiful” and “sexy” are noise words the model can't act on. “Single warm lamp off frame” is an instruction.
  • Don't upscale everything. Enhance is 10 coins, double an image. Upscale the keepers, not the contact sheet.

The catch: the prompt weighting is real Stable-Diffusion-style syntax, which means it rewards people who've used image tools before and quietly punishes people who haven't. Ten minutes with the above closes most of that gap.

Video: brilliant, and priced like it

OurDream builds video from a still. You generate an image you like, then bring it to life — which is why everything above about prompt craft matters double here.

Ourdream AI - AI Video Generation Interface

What you get: 1080p output, a Balanced mode and an Ultra mode, five aspect ratios including 9:16 and 16:9, and native audio on the newer models so your character can actually speak.

Short clips render in about 90 seconds; longer builds take a few minutes. You can extend a clip, enhance it, and chain scenes together into something considerably longer than a single generation.

Fusion is the standout, and nobody else has it. Drop two of your own characters into one scene — and they can be from different art styles, one photoreal and one anime — and generate them together, consistent, same frame, same lighting. In a category where most tools can't keep one face stable across two images, that's a genuine technical flex.

And now the price. 100 coins per five seconds on standard. 200 for ultra. Audio at 20 coins per second on top. Extending costs half the original generation again.

Run the numbers on a thirty-second clip with sound and you're at roughly 600 coins for the video and another 600 for the audio. That's 1,200 coins — your entire monthly allowance, plus 20%, for half a minute.

The catch: video is the headline feature and the thing your subscription can least afford. Treat it as an occasional event, not a habit, unless you're buying top-ups.

Chat: better than it needs to be

The chat is not why you're here, and it's still good.

Ourdream AI Chat Model

Seven models, and you switch between them mid-scene without losing the character. Three are free and unlimited — Balanced (the sensible default), Lively (less predictable, loops less) and Muse (better prose). Four are “thinking” models at one coin a message: Genius, Lively Genius, Muse Genius and Mastermind, which handle long scenes and complicated setups noticeably better.

At two cents a message on monthly, or one on annual, running Genius for a whole evening costs less than a coffee. That's a fair deal and I'd use it for anything with plot.

Memory is three separate systems, which is more thought than most competitors have put in:

  • Auto Memory Log — it captures key moments on its own
  • Pinned Memories — you nail specific facts down permanently
  • Custom Instructions — per-character behavioural rules

That combination is the fix for the usual problem where an AI remembers everything except the thing you needed it to. If it forgets, pin it, and it stops forgetting.

The controls worth knowing: a Lust Level slider that runs from innocent to distinctly not, response length, scene generation that puts your own persona into generated images, and Active Messages so characters can open a conversation instead of waiting.

Group chat takes up to twelve characters at once, and you steer who speaks by typing @ and picking them. Twelve is more than anyone needs and considerably more than anyone else offers.

Building her

The character builder is the deepest in this category and it isn't close.

OurDream AI Customization

Appearance runs through style, ethnicity, skin tone, eye colour, hair colour and style, body type, breast and butt size, plus a free-text field for the face. Then: 40+ personality types, 19 voices, 135 occupations, 29 relationship types, hobbies, and a fetishes field. Custom prompting on top of all that is premium-only.

Female, male and trans are all first-class options, not an afterthought tab — and the video library carries a substantial gay and trans catalogue alongside the straight one. If you've been reading reviews of apps where “AI boyfriend” means four characters and a shrug, this isn't that.

Creating a character costs 10 coins and includes your first two images. Extra regenerations of her portrait are five apiece, so build carefully rather than spinning the wheel.

The Feed and the creator economy

Nobody who has reviewed this app has written a word about the Feed. It's right there in the navigation.

Ourdream AI Feed

It's a scrolling wall of AI-generated images and video with filters for All, Images, Videos and Liked — a discovery surface for what's being made on the platform rather than a follow-graph social network. Your own work stays private unless you choose to publish it, and publishing happens at the character level: you set a character to public or unlisted, and only premium accounts can submit public ones.

Public submissions get reviewed by a human, which takes three to five days because they're processing several hundred a day. When one goes live it carries your handle, a like count and a view count.

Then there's the bit that turns this into an economy. Community Packs let you buy another creator's entire back catalogue for one character — every image and video they've made with her, including everything they make in future — for 250 to 1,000 coins. And the Dreamer Program pays creators back in three tiers, from faster approvals up to profile upgrades, coins, and cash at the top level.

So there's a real market here: people build characters, generate libraries, publish, and get paid when others unlock them. That's a different animal from a companion app and it explains why the character catalogue is enormous.

The catch: a community pack dies with your subscription. Stop paying and the pack you bought stops opening.

What you don't get to keep

This is the most important paragraph in the review and I have not found it in a single competing article.

If you stop paying, your generated images and videos blur. Not deleted — blurred, sitting there behind glass until you subscribe again. Everything you made, everything you spent coins on, locked behind a renewal.

Community packs go the same way. Delete your account outright and it's worse: generations, unpublished characters, chat history and any unused coins all go permanently.

Sixteen reviews argue about whether this app is worth $19.99. Not one of them mentions that stopping payment puts a frosted pane over the thing you bought. Factor that into the decision. If you make something you care about, download it while you're still paying.

Privacy, uploads and the line they won't cross — 7.2 🔒

Let me start with the part that genuinely impressed me, because it's rare enough to lead with.

You cannot upload a photo to OurDream. No reference images, no face uploads, no undress tool, no img2img from a picture you supply. Real-person likeness is blocked at the model level, and the policy covers celebrities, public figures and private individuals alike. Every input is text.

In a category where “nudify” apps are a growth business, a product that generates hardcore adult content and refuses the one feature guaranteed to produce non-consensual imagery of real people has made a deliberate, costly, correct choice. It's the strongest trust signal on the platform and it should be a headline, not a footnote.

The content rules are unusually specific too, and worth knowing before you build something you can't publish. Anything reading as underage is an instant, permanent line. Real people, gore in visuals, bestiality, self-harm, hard drugs and biological incest are all out.

Non-consent scenarios are permitted only from the receiving side — you can play the target, not the perpetrator — and anything eroticising loss of agency, hypnosis or ownership is prohibited. Furry and anthro are fine. Step-relationships are fine. It's a coherent line, published in detail, and more thought-through than the category norm.

The rest is standard and you should behave accordingly. Automated systems scan content across the platform, including private generations, primarily to catch the things above. Human eyes only land on flagged material. Age verification is a real third-party check rather than a tick-box in jurisdictions that require it — the UK and Australia specifically.

How to use it sensibly: a separate email, no real names in chat, and download anything you want to keep.

Billing, cancelling and refunds

Cancelling is easy, which is more than I can say for a lot of this category. Profile → cancel subscription → confirm. Access runs to the end of the period you've paid for. No phone call, no retention maze.

OurDream AI Payment Options

Payment is card or crypto. PayPal isn't accepted.

Refunds have one rule you need before you buy: crypto payments are final and non-refundable, always. Card payments get a 14-day quality guarantee for genuine failures, and EU/UK buyers have the usual statutory withdrawal right — waived, as ever with digital goods, once you start using the thing. Unused portions of a period don't come back. Card refunds take five to ten business days.

There's also a firm chargeback line: raise one without contacting support first and your account gets suspended pending investigation.

💡 How to test this without risk: pay by card, take the monthly, and give it a fortnight before you commit to a year. If you pay by crypto, understand you're buying with no way back.

OurDream vs the field

Everybody compares this to Candy AI. That comparison is done to death and it's also the wrong one — Candy is a companion app with a generator bolted on, OurDream is the reverse. Here's how it actually stacks up on the axis that matters.

The honest summary: if you want the best adult generation in this category, it's OurDream and there's no argument. If you want unlimited generation without watching a meter, Crushi is cheaper and simpler. If you want the sharpest single image with the least fuss, Candy still edges it on raw fidelity while giving you far less control.

Verdict

OurDream Rating:8/10

OurDream is the best adult generator in the AI girlfriend category, and the reviews that grade it as a girlfriend app are grading the wrong thing.

Nothing else here gives you prompt weighting, negative prompts, six renderers, a per-character trained model that actually locks the face, batches into the hundreds, image-to-video at 1080p, and a Fusion mode that puts two of your own characters in one frame. That's not an AI girlfriend feature set. That's a creative tool that happens to have a very good chat attached, and if making things is what you're here for, this is the one.

The subscription is fair. The annual plan at $9.99 a month is the correct purchase for most people — a nickel an image, coins that roll over, and a thousand extra to start. On monthly you're paying double for the same coins and you'll feel it the first time you make a video. (If video is your whole reason for being here, Deluxe annual is the only plan that keeps up — but most people aren't that person.)

What keeps it out of the top bracket is the coin economy at the edges and one policy I don't love. A five-second clip costing a tenth of your month makes the headline feature something you ration rather than use. And your gallery blurring when you stop paying means you never quite own what you made, which is worth knowing before you build a library you care about.

But the thing I'll actually remember is the upload policy. A platform generating this much hardcore adult content, refusing photo uploads and blocking real-person likenesses at the model level, has turned down the easiest growth lever in the category on purpose. That's the right call, it cost them something, and they made it anyway.

Take the annual. Learn the negative prompt. Download what you love.

What you don't get to keep

OurDream AI: frequently asked questions

How much does OurDream AI cost?

OurDream AI is $19.99 a month, or $9.99 a month on Premium annual (billed $119.88 once) ; a straight 50% saving, both with 1,000 Dreamcoins a month. There's also a Deluxe plan at $59.99/month or $29.99/month annually, giving 5,000 coins, 50 videos, 100 voice minutes, free premium chat models and 3× memory.

What are Dreamcoins and what do they cost?

Dreamcoins pay for everything visual. An image is 5 coins, a five-second video is 100, a voice minute is 50, and creating a character is 10. On the monthly plan a coin is about 2 cents; on the annual it's 1 cent. Chat messages cost nothing on any paid plan.

What does 1,000 Dreamcoins actually get me?

Roughly 200 images, or 10 five-second videos, or 20 minutes of voice calls. Not all three ; the allowance is shared. Unused coins roll over to the next month rather than expiring.

Is OurDream AI free?

You get five messages with no signup at all, and 55 Dreamcoins when you register ; which buys 55 messages. Free accounts cannot generate images or video. Generation switches on when you subscribe.

Is OurDream AI safe?

It's run by a registered company, uses a proper third-party age check where the law requires one, and publishes a detailed content policy. Notably, it blocks real-person likenesses at the model level and doesn't allow photo uploads, which removes the biggest abuse risk in this category. Your chats aren't private though ; assume they're stored and scanned.

Is OurDream AI legit?

Yes. Real company, real infrastructure, a full published legal and safety framework, human content moderation and a working support process. It is not a scam ; the complaints you'll find online are about coin costs, not about the product failing to exist.

Can I upload my own photos to OurDream AI?

No, and that's deliberate. OurDream doesn't accept reference photo uploads and has no undress or nudify feature, specifically to prevent deepfakes and non-consensual imagery. Real-person likenesses are blocked at the model level. Everything is generated from text.

What happens to my images if I cancel?

They blur. Your generated images and videos stay in your account but become inaccessible until you resubscribe, and any community packs you bought stop opening. Deleting your account removes everything permanently. Download anything you want to keep while you're still subscribed.

How do I cancel OurDream AI?

Does OurDream AI give refunds?

Card payments carry a 14-day quality guarantee for genuine faults, and EU/UK buyers have a statutory withdrawal right that's waived once you start using the service. Crypto payments are final and never refundable. Unused portions of a billing period don't come back.

How good is OurDream AI's image generation?

It's the strongest in the AI girlfriend category. You get real prompt weighting and negative prompts, six renderers including a per-character trained model that locks the face, 100+ poses, 40+ backgrounds, batches up to 256 images, plus editing and upscaling. Generation takes 30-60 seconds.

Does OurDream AI do video?

Yes ; 1080p, built from your generated images, in Balanced and Ultra quality, across five aspect ratios with optional audio. Fusion puts two of your own characters in one scene even across art styles. It costs 100 coins per five seconds, so budget for it.

Does OurDream AI have group chat?

Yes, up to 12 characters at once, and you direct who replies by typing @ and selecting them. That's the largest group chat in this category.

What is the OurDream feed?

A scrolling wall of images and video generated on the platform, filterable by All, Images, Videos and Liked. Your work stays private unless you publish a character publicly, and public submissions are reviewed by a human over three to five days.

Does OurDream AI have an app?

No native app ; it runs in your browser and installs to your home screen, where it behaves like one.

Can I use OurDream AI images commercially?

Yes, for content you generated yourself, subject to their content guidelines.

Is there an OurDream AI promo code?

The real discount is structural rather than a code: both annual plans are 50% off the monthly rate, and each front-loads bonus coins (1,000 extra on Premium, 5,000 on Deluxe). Sites advertising "OurDream coupons" are usually showing you that.
